Nexus
The Nexus Programme recently held their Leadership Retreat in Muldersdrift and experienced the opportunity to learn about and engage in the powerful practice of Deep Democracy with Myrna Lewis. Delegates were challenged to think deeply about their own leadership and their impact on South Africa.
A critical element to the programme involves the opportunity to dialogue in intimate and diverse groups around many topical issues facing South Africa nad her citizens and the Deep Democracy Process promises to provide intense fuel for these conversations.
