Work we want to ddo It sometimes helps to be clear on the work that we are looking for and that we would like to find a way to make happen. This is because we see it as critical to the future of South Africa and countries in transition and also because we have overlapping competencies and experience in these areas. We look forward to hearing from you.
We are excited to work with interested parties on the following projects:
- We want to expand our Spirit of Youth high-school public leadership programme across the country with a core sponsor who wishes to be associated with the premier high schools leadership programme.
- We want to partner with leading South African institutions in the hosting of dialogue on our critical issues including creating shared economic growth and employment, state-business collaboration and “walking together”, race and identity, politics and citizenship. We would like to do this with small groups and with large groups of over 1000 participants.
- We want to host discussion between South Africa’s most senior leaders in our negotiated settlement and cross sector leaders from countries in transition. We are currently working with peace facilitators in countries across the world and are very open to making a further contribution in this area.
- We want to develop ‘fellowship’ programmes for the next generation of South Africa’s activists and community leaders who with the right opportunities can have a significant impact on our common future.
- We want to work with top South African government departments to build the capacity to innovate and resolve our toughest challenges through immersion, dialogue and collaborative leadership training.
